Writing something insightful about creating visual art is like participating in a “how high is up” debate. Nothing said or written will ever get at the heart of the matter.
The objective truth about being creative is that its simply a skill humans have, no more extraordinary than being able to run fast or possessing a great memory but perhaps more useful than blowing bubbles out your nose.
So there you have it. I have no mission, no agenda, no grandiose claims, and no desire to convince you of anything.
I just do ‘em.
My compositions will either resonate with you or they won’t. If they do I’ll be happy for you. If they don’t, that’s tough.
In either event, I’m pleased with what I have created.
